HHI Projects

Good Shepherd Village

As the first regulated affordable housing development within the city limits of Happy Valley, Good Shepherd Village includes units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for those who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, including 15 units prioritized for veterans  who have experienced homelessness.

Cathedral Village

Located steps from historic downtown St. Johns in North Portland, Cathedral Village Apartments is made up of 110 units of safe, affordable, and equitable family housing, serving a range of low-income neighbors in need, including communities of color, immigrants and refugees, and those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
