New Affordable Housing Coming To Montavilla, Summer 2024
Catholic Charities of Oregon and Related Northwest are partnering to develop 41 units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) on a Metro-owned site in Montavilla. Amenities at Glisan Landing include a community room and kitchen, laundry room, community playground, picnic area, telehealth space, community garden, and bike parking. For residents facing food insecurity, a food pantry managed by Catholic Charities will be available on site.
