M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust helps support community-focused organizations at every level of their development through grants, enrichment programming and other resources. Catholic Charities of Oregon is honored to be a grantee—and partner—of M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust whose mission of service to individuals, families, and communities aligns so closely to ours.
Watch Pauline Fong, Program Director at the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, talk about M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust’s partnership with Catholic Charities of Oregon. Ms. Fong says, “Catholic Charities mission to assure that essential, lifesaving services are accessible to the most vulnerable is really key to ensuring that the diverse needs of those that need the most are being served.”
As Ms. Fong shared in the video, “A familiar saying around here at The Trust is that the fruit of our labor grows on the trees of others.” Catholic Charities is proud to be considered one of “those trees.” Our work to support thousands of vulnerable individuals and families, such as responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and Oregon wildfires, would not be possible without M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust’s partnership and investment in transformational ideas that positively transform lives and help communities thrive.
