El Programa Hispano - Services for Gang-Affected Youth

The Gang Prevention (LIBRE Program) provides intensive case management, drug and alcohol treatment and prevention services to gang-involved Latino youth and their families. In partnership with the Youth Employment Institute, El Programa Hispano also provides case management for girls affected by gangs.

In addition, El Programa Hispano provides Gang Outreach services through a collaboration with the City of Portland. This partnership offers gang outreach, prevention education and referrals to services to Latino youth affected or involved in gangs.
